    Payment is due at the time of the session and can be made using a credit or debit card through the secure client portal.

  • I am currently an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits, which may allow you to receive partial reimbursement for therapy services.

    If your plan includes these benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

    If you have questions about using your out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to help guide you through the process.

    There’s no pressure to share everything at once — you can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how we might work together.
