Meet the Founder

hi, I’m Faby!

Here, you can take a breath and not have to hold everything together for a moment.

I want you to know that what you’re feeling makes sense. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, or the emotional weight of pregnancy, postpartum, or fertility challenges, you don’t have to go through it alone. This is a space where you can feel supported, understood, and gently reconnect with yourself.

My approach is trauma informed, warm, collaborative, and grounded in both evidence-based practices and nervous system awareness. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been coming up for you, while building tools to help you feel more steady, more present, and more like yourself again.

I’ll meet you with care, curiosity, and respect for your full story. Every part of it.
